New Zealand opens up for competition

According to this article, New Zealand will now accept honey from other countries when they have been through either a heating or radiation process. Nedless to say the NBA (National Beekeepers' Association) isn't too happy about this.
In my opnion competition is a good thing, but I can understand if some people are worried about  new threats like the
varroa mite.
